I’m Gayle Kendrick, Associate Broker and Co-Owner of Rolling K Realty. I’ve been a full-time Realtor since 1997, and I co-founded this brokerage out of a simple conviction: that buying or selling a home should be handled with care, honesty, and genuine attention.
There’s not much I can’t handle, and very little surprises me. I’m organized, I don’t miss deadlines, and most importantly, I stay in touch. I’ll never leave you hanging or forget to call you back. My motto has always been “dogged dedication,” and if I weren’t serious about it, I wouldn’t pose for my photo with my canine companion, Sarge.
I’m a proud US Army veteran, an Army wife, and an Army & Navy mom. I met my husband Tim, my business partner and our designated broker, a retired Sergeant First Class with over 20 years of service, while I was serving. We run Rolling K Realty as a veteran-owned business, and we bring that same structure and follow-through to every family we work with.
